Our Mission
The mission of the Known Foundation, a dedicated nonprofit organization, is to create and distribute accurate, ethically responsible, and professional guidance along with ready-to-use tools at no cost to caregivers across the United States. We strive to mitigate financial barriers that hinder caregivers from accessing the necessary resources to successfully navigate raising adolescents in today’s world. Through our community support initiatives, we offer free digital resources, free live virtual caregiver support groups, and free lab-certified 12-panel drug tests.
What we do
Caregiver Education
We have curated hundreds of digestible and relevant articles, all reviewed by board-certified/licensed clinicians. These articles, provided by our nonprofit organization, cover a variety of topics and are regularly updated as new questions arise from our readers or as new studies and research are revealed, highlighting our commitment to community support through The Known Foundation.
Caregiver Support
At The Known Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering community support, we offer private, small-group parent support groups. These virtual sessions are facilitated by board-certified and licensed clinicians, designed thematically and scheduled to meet the needs of participants.
Accountability Tools
In partnership with The Known Foundation, a nonprofit organization, families and caregivers can receive complimentary lab-certified 12-panel drug tests. While this community support resource is valuable for many, it is not required to participate in the caregiver support groups.

Yes, The Known Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) organization ID# 33-3702009, making your donation tax deductible. All donors will receive a letter on letterhead with our tax information.
Simply send us a note using the contact form and we will be happy to help you register for a parent education series. Our groups are scheduled to begin on 3/1/2026!
All of our support groups are led by board-certified and licensed clinicians.

The results are 100% confidential. In fact, no personal information is attached to the results -- and an 8-digit code is use to retrieve results. No medical records, names, or birthdates are associated.
